Users should not rely solely on the App for protection when engaging in activities that require the highest levels of security. We recommend using additional security measures alongside the App.

3. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The service may be subject to:

• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Server outages or network issues
• Updates required by Apple or other platform providers
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

4. DNS and Content Filtering

Magic VPN offers DNS servers that can block certain categories of content, including advertisements, adult content, and malware. However:

• Content filtering is not 100% comprehensive — some unwanted content may not be blocked
• Some legitimate websites or services may be inadvertently blocked
• Content classification is provided by third-party DNS services and may not always be accurate
• We are not responsible for the content that is or is not filtered by our DNS servers

5. Third-Party Advertising

The free version of our App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. Regarding these advertisements:

• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of ads displayed
• Clicking on ads may direct you to third-party websites that are not under our control
• We do not endorse or recommend any products or services advertised through the App

Premium subscribers are not shown any advertisements.

6. Apple App Store

Magic VPN is available exclusively on the Apple App Store. Please note:

• Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App, including but not limited to product liability claims, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property claims
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App
• All subscription management and billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them.

7. Speed and Performance

While we strive to provide fast and reliable connections:

• Actual speeds may vary based on your internet connection, device, network conditions, and server load
• Performance metrics shown in the App (such as ping, download, and upload speeds) are approximate
• Using a VPN or DNS service may affect your internet speed
• We do not guarantee any specific speed or performance level

You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the App
• Ensuring that your use of the App does not violate any third-party rights
